2. Digital & Physical Product Use
- All NFT and digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable.
- Physical products are customized and made to order in most cases; please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including artworks, branding, and site assets, is the property of BuyPhygital.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse any materials without express permission.
4. NFTs & Blockchain Terms
- Ownership of NFTs is verified on blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon).
- BuyPhygital does not store your NFTs. You are responsible for managing your own wallet and private keys.
5. Payments
We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and supported crypto platforms (where applicable). All transactions are secure and encrypted.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Blockchain delays or wallet errors
- NFT transfer failures caused by incorrect wallet addresses
- Loss of access due to third-party wallet issues

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
